A third generation entrepreneur hailing from a reputed business family from Trichy, having presence in Tea Estates, Hotels, Restaurants, Marriage halls, Construction & Real Estate. He has over two decades of experience in business. A very good student, he is very passionate about academics as he is about business. He has completed B.E in electronics and communications, LLB (Law). An MBA (Gold medalist) from the prestigious Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA). He later got a scholarship and did his masters in "Intergovernmental Policy Negotiations" from the world renowned "London school of economics and political science". Dynamic, Exemplary Vision, Lively, Hardworking, Simplicity, a Never say no attitude and a Sharp eye for detail are seven prominent traits that best describe him.

Hygrevar Ventures is a sister concern (plotting division) of Aakam Builders Pvt Ltd (www.aakam. in). Both the companies have been trans- forming real estate into real assets for over two decades. The companies are headed by their founder and Managing Director Mr.C.Arun Chidambaram The journey started in the year 2003. The companies have completed several real estate and construction projects in the surroundings of Chennai, Hyderabad and Hosur. A flagship project being AAKAM TOWN- SHIP opposite to Mahindra World City.
Developed in several phases the township now has over 2500 residents from 15 different states of India, most of them working in various companies such as Infosys, Mahindra Research Valley, Renault Nissan, BMW, Capgemini inside Mahindra World City, Barren lands 10 years back are now buzzing with life.
Both Hygrevar Ventures and Aakam Builders maintain a strict "no debt policy". All the projects are selffunded and unlike most players in the industry, we at Hygrevar Ventures and Aakam Builders do projects only in our own land and do not take up marketing projects and hence we are more competitively priced. Apart from this doing projects in our own land also makes us more accountable and a one point of contact for any issues post sales. This is the primary reason for our customer loyalty.
